Go from exhausted high achiever to an energized success!

Are you feeling drained from the weight of being a high achiever? You’ve always placed high expectations on yourself and you most often rise to the challenge, but lately you’ve felt like a ticking time bomb, fearing you’ll explode if you don’t find a way to manage the pressure.

In fact, there was a time when that was my story.  I loved taking care of everyone else, I loved my job and enjoyed the success I worked so hard for - but I didn’t realize that by always putting others first I was draining myself to the point that I had almost nothing left to give.

I was bringing home “the bacon”, working hard, being the “go to” not only at work, but at home.  I liked being the one with the answers, the ideas, it made me feel needed.

But I pushed myself harder and harder all the time.  Until when it was time for vacation and I was sick as a dog, or the time I spent almost an entire summer with Strep Throat.

I had pushed myself past the point of exhaustion, to sickness, to burn out.  How could I be the go to now?  I needed a go to.

My energy came back in FULL and with more energy, time seemed to expand for me.  I got clear on my priorities and started spending more time with family and friends doing things that I enjoy. I laugh a lot more, my relationships became amazing and my career skyrocketed.
